We are currently looking for
ICT and Service Desk Supporter
You will be responsible for:
- Local IT support in Wrocław
- Service Desk Support for our external and internal customers.
- Internal support to all employees for our ERP system (including management reports)
What you bring:
- Effective communication skills with excellent German and English, both orally and in writing – both languages are required
- Knowledge about business IT–Infrastructure (Windows, Office, Active Directory, Exchange, Remote Desktop etc.)
- Readiness to learn new tools and technologies
- Skills in organizing and prioritizing tasks when working by yourself or in a team
