Polish branch of Universum was established in 2008. Since then Universum has been conducting annual Student Survey which constitues the bases of employer branding insights, reports and Ideal Employer Ranking. Polish branch of Universum cooperates with the biggest companies from different industries. In recent years employers place emphasis on building the brand perception which is the effect of growing competition especially in the talent group.
