Etap #1 Online application

Recruitment starts with an online application. To increase your chances of proceeding to the next step, we recommend tailoring your application to your desired role. All our roles are advertised on www.pepsicojobs.com; search “Krakow” to locate roles at our new Krakow Global Business Services office.

Etap #2 Phone interview

If your application matches well with one of our opportunities, we’ll schedule an interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist, so you can share more about your professional experience, knowledge, motivations and desired career path.

Etap #3 Online testing

For some of our roles, numeric or psychometric tests might be required. Your Talent Acquisition Specialist will let you know how to proceed with this testing if needed.

Etap #4 Online interview with Hiring Manager

If your skills and goals are a good match with one of our roles, we’ll schedule a meeting with the Hiring Manager so you can learn more about the role and our company, and you can tell us more about your experience and aspirations. All Interviews will be run remotely through our video conferencing system. You will receive a link to a web-based platform.

Etap #5 Decision

Finally, we will inform you about our decision, and successful candidates will receive an offer.

Etap #6 Remote Onboarding

Although we would love to meet our new colleagues in person as soon as possible, currently we are running our onboarding process remotely. Upon joining the firm, you will receive all necessary documents and hardware delivered to your home address.
