We run our own Internal Learning Academy (ILA) to provide a wide range of development opportunities for all our people. One of the ways we do this is to make use of the experience and skills of our internal experts to create a workplace knowledge library that is shared across the organisation. Who better to learn from than your colleagues! ‘Lunch and Learns’ Our Lunch and Learn sessions provide opportunities across the organization to come together and learn. They are designed to allow knowledge sharing in a quick, easy, and informal way. Webinar Masterclasses These two-to-four-hour sessions look and feel more like traditional training courses with active participation. Learning Platforms We promote and offer an enormous range of courses, through learning platforms like LinkedIn Learning and Rosetta Stones

What do we do?

We are involved in many initiatives to support both our local and global communities. These include: Together for Ukraine We are running several initiatives to support our people and those affected by the war in Ukraine. These initiatives include arranging transportation for Ukrainian families and goods from across Europe. Szlachetna Paczka (Noble Gift) Since 2017, we have supported Szlachetna Paczka (Noble Gift), one of the largest, most recognisable, and effective social projects in Poland. Business vs Smog The Business vs Smog initiative was first introduced in 2018. Its purpose is to increase awareness about air pollution among young Cracovians. Volunteers from IAG GBS have supported the initiative by conducting workshops in schools and nurseries.
