Brand Manager



  • Prepare and implement global marketing strategies for one of Techland’s brands – product positioning, creative promotional strategies, execution of budgets and P&Ls,
  • Cooperate with business partners, external agencies and consultants to implement and execute marketing plans
  • Build effective working relationships with internal cross-functional teams – in relation to assets production, social media communication, and business development / sales plans
  • Analysis and monitoring of brand recognition


  • Proven successful track record of previous marketing or brand management experience gained in the video game or entertainment sector
  • Proven experience (at least 2+ years) in and extensive knowledge of creating and executing marketing or brand campaigns at global level in unique and memorable ways
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking and ability to turn innovative ideas into achievable plans
  • Collaborative skills to develop and manage strong relationships, and strengthen existing relationships with various media
  • Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to constantly changing environment
  • Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills (fluent English!), results-oriented and outgoing team player
  • True passion for video games, knowledge of latest titles and current trends in the industry, especially in relation to FPP games
  • Willingness to relocate to Wroclaw, to travel internationally for press trips and trade events, and to work non-standard hours where required
  • A positive and supportive attitude is a must!
