Job Description :

An opportunity has arisen within our Krakow based contracts team for a Service Contracts Coordinator. Applicants must have proven business/commercial awareness in conjunction with a customer focused attitude and an understanding of PerkinElmer as a whole.
Role description:
  • Responsible for the end-to-end contract administration process, from quote creation to booking & payment
  • Supporting in-country service sales teams through efficient administration of the core contract renewals / EOW conversion process
  • Working with local service sales teams / stakeholders to resolve any existing contract conflicts
  • Serving as a liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation stages
  • Able to execute the full contract renewal process remotely for a selected group of customers
  • Negotiating terms, conditions and pricing, and ensure they are accurately executed and satisfied
  • Takes ownership of problems by clarifying the complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Responding to internal & external customer queries (telephone contact, email, etc.)
  • Creation & processing of ad-hoc service quotes
  • Facilitates regional promotions & campaigns & for additional billable service revenue
  • Processing and managing purchase orders (acceptance, verification, placing orders)
  • Monitoring of service level agreements and order and customers’ contract data entry
  • Working with different levels of personnel within an organization to analyze and solidify an overall contract strategy
  • Coordinating actions with internal procurement and legal teams if needed
  • Reporting status of current contract processes to management (preparing reports for internal and external purposes (including procurement reports, delays in delivery, bookings, etc.)
  • Reviewing language standards and rules for existing and new contracts
  • Working with Accounts Payable team to resolve any billing disputes
  • Analyzing potential risks that contract changes may pose to the organization
  • Recommending potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Maintains a high standard in all documentation, with an eye for detail & accuracy
  • Executes actions ordered by the supervisor in context of specific processes that contribute to the effectiveness of maintenance services
  • Supporting ongoing continuous company improvement
  • Creating invoices at the required cadence, with customization and supporting documentation per customer requirements
  • Works on projects/tasks assigned by the Regional Management Team
  • Impact sales of PerkinElmer by maintaining a high standard, professional image and by demonstrating the added value of customer support, always acting as an ambassador for the Company

Job Requirements :

Role requirements:
  • Understanding of excellent Customer Service
  • Experience in SAP/ECC & CRM7 & Excel is essential
  • Experience in SAP Business Objects & Spotfire reporting tools a bonus
  • Ability to communicate both internally & externally; orally and in writing.
