Junior HR Advisor with French or German
nr ref. HR/61/05/2017/AŁResponsibilities
- Receive & answer questions relating to individual or group benefits, entitlements, beneficiary/ dependent information, personal information data correction, Performance assessment, Probation review, Compensation & Benefits records, HR Policies, Organizational chart.
- Updating of work/assignment information in HR Connect.
- Preparing HR documents.
- Entering data into excel files (flexi forms).
- Segregating documents.
- Fluent both English and French or German.
- EU citizenship.
- Experience in Customer Service of French/ German speakers - at least 6 months.
- Interest in HR Administration.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in an environment that had a Global HCM system (Oracle Fusion, E Business, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, SAP HR, Workday, etc.).
- Analytical skills.
- Good planning skills and organizing capability.
- Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Demonstrate openness and respect for others.
