How we see internship:

  • you will be working closely with our Customers and the team, managers and stakeholders,
  • one of Sales executives will be taking care of your development, but you will be gaining multi-disciplinary knowledge.

Role is about:

  • support for customers visiting the website in the purchasing process,
  • engaging our customers and building their satisfaction,
  • help in case of technical issues and advising (consulting) throughout the designing process,
  • qualification of strong sales leads,
  • process analysis and support of the Sales Automation team in building automation processes,
  • active influence on the development of Help Center and customer communication strategy,
  • support of the production team in customer after-sales services,
  • collecting feedback from customers, drawing conclusions and suggesting changes to improve satisfaction,
  • cooperation with the IT team in identifying and solving technical bugs reported by clients.


  • fluent English and Polish,
  • knowledge of one of the following languages: German, Italian, French, Spanish,
  • strong organizational skills,
  • positive attitude and good communication skills.
