New Business Developer

  • Searching and qualifying leads
  • Preparing and executing outreach strategies
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with potential clients
  • Negotiating the terms of collaboration with clients
  • Closing deals
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum C1); Polish is not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to qualify, prioritize and objectively review sales leads to generate maximum effectiveness and return on time invested
  • Experience in maintaining communication with B2B clients, outreach and B2B sales
  • Understand the software/IT industry
  • Independence, adaptability and problem-solving attitude
